Thercon-LHP has participated in the International Military-Technical Forum “Army-2016”, 6-11

Participation in “Army -2016” is a significant event for supporting Russian projects on international markets. A lot of Defense Industry and Army representatives have got acquainted with loop heat pipes “TherconR“ - an innovative project in electronics cooling. It has been shown that loop heat pipes’ manufacturing technology, developed by Thercon-LHP experts, is unique. Loop heat pipes have various areas of application, including military equipment cooling.

The forum took place in Moscow Region. Over 1 000 companies from Russian Defense Industry and around 60 foreign companies from 13 countries were presented there. Delegations from over 80 countries have visited the forum.

Since 1990 loop heat pipes have proved themselves in thermal control systems of spacecrafts. Having maximal heat transfer capacity at any orientation in the gravity field and 0-g conditions, they do not require power for heat sink (passive elements), are noiseless, compact and reliable, and operate in extreme conditions. Due to their exceptional possibilities, loop heat pipes are very promising thermal control devices for electronics, especially of military use.
